Refund Policy ASC 2023 Conference
NOTE: Registration will close February 24, 2023 unless registrar is contacted directly for a waiver to attend based on availability of space. Registration fee must be received timely.
- Any individual cancellation before February 9, 2023 will not incur a charge.
- Any individual cancellation between February 10, 2023 and February 16, 2023 will forfeit $50.00 per person.
- Any individual cancellation between February 17, 2023 and February 23, 2023 will forfeit 1/3 of the fee per person.
- Any individual cancellation after February 24, 2023 will forfeit the full charges per person.
- Please note: Childcare is not provided; minors are welcome, but are the responsibility of the individual(s) that brought them.
Check with your presbytery to determine availability of scholarships for conference registration cost.
